In The Heart of the Beast Puppet & Mask Theatre
An original puppet and mask production called After the Trashcan was created and presented by artists at Heart of the Beast. The show’s puppet characters are made from found materials and represent different forms of waste, including Cathode Ray and The Polly Sisters. They teach audience members about waste issues in humorous and engaging ways. The show was presented to over 1,800 people at 25 community-based settings in the region.
