Junk MailJunk Mail

Junk mail is a hassle, especially if it is addressed to employees that no longer work for your company. Sign up for the EcoLogical Mail Coalition service to have former employees at your company or agency removed from mailing lists. The EcoLogical Mail Coalition (a private business) will provide this information to direct mailers, so those names can be removed from mailing lists. There is no charge to businesses for this service.

Disposal InformationDisposal Information

Junk mail can be added to the paper recycling that is already taking place at your business. Be sure to shred any documents that might contain confidential information before you recycle the shredded material. See Pick-up Services and Drop-off Centers for businesses that accept paper for recycling. See Document Destruction Services for businesses that provide confidential document destruction services along with recycling.
